摘要
2004年以来,我国高A级景区门票价格一路上涨,引发了广泛的关注与讨论。从时间变化、空间分布与类型差异、居民购买力3个维度分析了国内高A级景区门票价格是否过高的问题。结果发现:①自2000年起,国内5A景区门票价格呈“阶梯式”增长,2010年后迈入“百元时代”。②公共资源类景区门票价格上涨较明显,经济相对落后的西南地区和黄河中游地区门票价格普遍较高,突显出类型和地域的不公平性。③与居民可支配收入和国外同类景区相比,国内高A级景区门票价格偏高,损害了城市和农村中低收入人群的旅游权益。从理论上探讨了景区门票的定价原则,并对我国高A级景区门票价格管理提出了政策建议。
Since 2004,the ticket price of domestic high A-level scenic spots has risen all the way,which triggered extensive discussions.From three dimensions of time,space and purchasing power,this paper analyzed whether the ticket price of high A-level scenic spots in China was too high.The results indicated that:①from 2000,the price of state-owned 5A scenic spots has shown a“stepped”growth.After 2010,the 5A scenic spot has entered the“100-yuan era”.②Judging from the nature of the scenic spot,the increase in ticket price of the public resource scenic spots was more serious.In terms of the spatial distribution of ticket price,the prices in the economically backward southwestern region and the middle reaches of the Yellow River were higher,which highlighted the type and geographical inequality.③Compared with the disposable income of residents and the similar scenic spots in foreign countries,the high price of tickets for high A-level scenic spots in China has damaged the tourism rights of middle and lower income groups in cities and rural areas.This study also theoretically explored the principles of ticket pricing in scenic spots,and put forward policy recommendations for ticket price management to provide a reference for scenic spots ticket pricing.
