100kN·m静重式大扭矩标准装置力臂系统的研制

Research on the Moment-Arm System of 100kN·m Deadweight Torque Standard Machine

摘要 介绍了新研制的100kN·m静重式扭矩标准装置的关键部件—力臂系统的设计、力臂结构、力臂应力及形变仿真计算分析及力臂系统的制造和测量。力臂应力及形变仿真计算结果表明:采用35号钢锻件的力臂系统完全满足装置技术要求,力臂安全裕度足够。 This paper introduces the key components of the newly developed 100 kN·m deadweight torque standard machine,which includes the design of the moment-arm system,structure design,the simulation calculation on stress and deformation of the moment-arm,and the manufacture and measurement of the moment-arm.The simulation calculation results indicate that the designed moment-arm using the No.35 steel forging fully meets the technical requirements of the machine with a sufficient safety margin.
