摘要
互联网空间是公共危机事件中舆情发展的主要场所,政府希望利用积极的政府响应和介入方式来引导舆情的情感导向,缓解网民的情绪。本研究基于对"红十字会"事件的舆情大数据的分析和挖掘。通过机器学习和自然语言处理的文本分析法,深入挖掘舆情文本内容,从舆情的四个周期过程对案例进行对比分析,利用网民评论中的主体和情感维度搭建公共危机实践中网民对政府响应的情感反馈图谱。本研究将舆情文本分为两个阶段分析,以政府介入前后为时间节点,分别展开分析和探讨政府响应对舆情的引导作用。最后根据案例分析政府的响应机制在此次公共危机舆情事件中暴露的不足,并且根据实际情况给出改进意见,以期能够为以后的政府响应机制提供帮助。
The Internet space is the main place for the development of public opinions in public crisis events. The government hopes to guide the emotional orientation of public opinions and ease the emotions of Internet users through active government response and intervention. This research is based on the analysis and mining of the big data of public opinion of the "Red Cross" event. Through the text analysis method of ma-chine learning and natural language processing,the text content of public opinions is deeply mined,the case is compared and analyzed from the four cycle process of public opinions,and the subject and emotional dimen-sion of netizen comments are used to build the emotional feedback map of netizen response to the government in the practice of public crisis. This study divides the public opinion text into two stages,and takes the gov-ernment intervention before and after as the time node to analyze and discuss the guiding role of government response to public opinion respectively. Finally,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the government’s re-sponse mechanism exposed in the public opinion event of the public crisis according to the case,and gives im-provement Suggestions according to the actual situation,so as to provide help for the government’s response mechanism in the future.
