粤港澳大湾区背景下佛山村级工业园升级改造策略

Upgrading Strategy of Foshan Village-Level Industrial Park under the Background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

佛山素以制造业闻名于世,经历40多年"村村点火,户户冒烟"的快速发展,已成为我国改革开放的前沿阵地以及制造业的重要一极,村级工业园为佛山经济腾飞奠定了基础,在改革开放前期贡献了南海、顺德经验,是"珠江模式"的典型代表。佛山雄居粤港澳大湾区战略腹地,新一轮发展空间显现于村级工业园升级改造,是破解土地资源约束难题、实现产业优化升级和城市可持续发展的重要途径,是突破佛山高质量发展瓶颈的关键,也是城乡协同发展、实现乡村振兴的重点。当前,佛山正以前所未有的力度进行村级工业园升级改造,其改造过程中遇到的问题与解决之策,可再次为全国贡献"佛山经验"。

Foshan for its manufacturing experience of more than 40 years the rapid development of the "village ignition,family smoking" ,has become the forefront of China’s reform and opening up and the importance of manufacturing,the village industrial park for foshan laid the foundation for economic take-off,contribution at the early stage of the reform and opening up the experience of the south China sea,shunde,is a typical representative of "pearl river model" .Foshan,Hong Kong and Macao to no.1 in deep bay area strategy,upgrading appeared a new round of development space in the village industrial park,is cracked land resource constraint problem,achieve industrial upgrading and important way for the sustainable development of city,is the key to break through the bottleneck of foshan,high quality,also is the focus of the coordinated development between urban and rural areas,implementing rural revitalization.At present,foshan is upgrading and remouldering the village-level industrial park with unprecedented efforts. The problems encountered in the process of remouldering and the solutions to them can contribute "foshan experience" to the whole country again.
