江苏企业研发管理体系建设现状与动力研究

Research on the Current Situation and Power of the Construction of Enterprise’s R & D Management System in Jiangsu

建立健全企业研发管理体系是规范研发活动、提升研发绩效的重要路径,是推动企业研发机构高质量发展的重要举措。本文阐述了企业研发管理体系基本框架,以统计数据从研发机构建设层级、地域、行业领域分析了研发管理体系贯标推广情况,总结出环境促动型、内在需求型、政策敏感型三大动力类型,提出强化研发管理体系建设推广、优化研发管理体系标准、提升研发管理体系建设水平的对策建议。

Establishing and improving the R & D management system is an important way to standardize R & D activities and improve R & D performance to the high-quality enterprise R & D institutions. This paper de-scribes the construction of R & D management system. The implementation and promotion of R & D management sys-tem analyzed from the level,region and industry of R & D institution construction based on statistical data,Three types of driving forces are summed up: environment driven,internal demand driven and policy sensitive.R & D strategy,R & D project planning and R & D evaluation need to be valued. System promotion,standard opti-mization and construction level should be strengthened.
