摘要
风电机组变桨驱动电磁抱闸的设计目的是确保机组在工况外载下叶片不发生转动。如果出现超出设计极端风速的台风,或者长时间运行电磁抱闸发生磨损后,都会出现不能有效制动叶片的可能。对过往历史台风数据进行统计分析,并对机组进行载荷计算,在原变桨系统结构的基础上,开发了一套叶片自动锁定装置,在台风风力达到一定风速时,可远程实现叶片自动锁定。现场实验表明,该锁定装置运行平稳,可以满足设计要求。
The design purpose of variable impeller driven electromagnetic lock is to ensure that the turbine blade does not rotate under external load. If there is a typhoon beyond the design extreme wind speed,or after a long time running electromagnetic lock wear,there will be the possibility that the brake blade can not be effective. A set of blade automatic locking device is developed on the basis of the original variable paddle system structure,which can realize the blade automatic locking remotely when the typhoon wind reaches a certain wind speed. Field experiments show that the locking device runs smoothly and can meet the design requirements.
