摘要
通过对2种不同装药结构的设计及试验验证,确定了一种作用时间短、小尺寸、抗过载半导体桥雷管的结构。通过对该结构装药方式及药剂浸泡时间的探索,提出一种适合半导体桥电极塞的药剂浸泡时间和涂覆再压实的装药工艺,可有效降低电极塞芯片的损坏,提高产品自身的抗过载能力及发火可靠性。
Through the design and test verification of two different charging structures,a structure with short acting time,small size and anti-overload semiconductor bridge detonator was determined.Based on the exploration of the charging method and the soaking time of the reagents,a kind of reagents soaking time and charging technology suitable for the semiconductor bridge electrode plug was put forward which can effectively reduce the damage of the electrode plug chip and improve the anti-overload ability and the ignition reliability of the product itself.
