摘要
为进一步提升包装机功能设计质量的满意度,提出基于顾客需求的功能设计评价方法。首先采用改进模糊AHP方法有效避免判断矩阵的一致性检验,确定顾客需求的具体评价指标在功能设计服务需求中的重要度;再结合功能设计的质量特性体系,运用质量功能展开工具构建功能设计需求的质量屋,根据质量屋构建的数据分析结果比较不同类型包装机在使用过程中的影响程度,实现了顾客层面的包装机功能设计需求选择,最后用案例验证了该方法的可行性与有效性,为后期包装机功能设计改进提供了决策支持。
In order to further improve the quality of functional design of packaging machine,the evaluation method of functional design based on customer demand is put forward.Firstly,the improved fuzzy AHP method is used to effectively avoid the consistency test of judgment matrix and determine the importance of specific evaluation indicators of customer demand in functional design service demand.Secondly,the quality characteristics of functional design are combined.Sex system,using quality function deployment tools to construct the quality house of functional design requirements,comparing the impact degree of different types of packaging machines in the use process according to the data analysis results of the quality house construction,realizing the customer-level packaging machine functional design needs selection,and finally verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of this method with a case study.It provides decision support for functional design improvement of packaging machine in later stage.
