基于AGV的对中台设计

摘要 使用AGV自动导引运输车为移载动力,设计一套对中台装置,实现对中台按生产工艺需求设定的轨迹,在放件工位与取件工位之间往复循环运输工件。对中台在放件、取件工位,在AGV定点停进行粗定位,在对中台底座进行精确对中定位,同时夹紧固定。工件在对中台上设计定位但不夹紧,这样就可以达到机器人抓放工件精度要求,实现机器人对工件准确的抓取和抓放。 Using AGV automatic guide transport vehicle as the transfer power,a set of centering device is designed to realize the track set for the centering platform according to the production process requirements,and the workpiece is transported between the placing position and the taking position in a reciprocating cycle. When the middle platform is in the position of putting and taking parts,the AGV stops at a fixed point for coarse positioning,and the base of the middle platform is accurately aligned and clamped and fixed at the same time. The workpiece is designed to be positioned on the centering table but not clamped,so that the precision requirements of the robot for grasping and placing the workpiece can be met,and the robot can grasp and place the workpiece accurately.
