螺栓是航空发动机最常见的紧固件,扭矩失效是被经常提及的螺栓失效类型,而航空维护工作者对螺栓扭矩失效经常有误解,对螺栓扭矩、螺纹摩擦力和螺栓拉伸力等方面进行分析,找出三者的关系和造成螺栓扭矩失效的原因,提出了克服螺栓扭矩失效的相应工艺对策。

Bolt is the most common fasteners,aircraft engine torque failure is often referred to bolt type,and aviation maintenance workers to bolt torque failure often have misunderstandings,the bolt torque and thread friction and bolt tensile force,etc,were analyzed,and find out the relationship between the three and cause the failure reasons of bolt torque,puts forward some countermeasures to overcome the failure of the bolt torque corresponding process.
