In order to meet the requirements of the international strategy,according to the characteristics and requirements of CKD parts of construction equipment,such as dimension characteristics,warehousing process layout,logistics route,in-out warehouse management,quality management,etc.,the process layout design of CKD parts storage and delivery workshop was carried out and implemented successfully.
