关于癌症复发恐惧相关文献的计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of literatures on fear of cancer recurrence

目的分析我国癌症复发恐惧的研究现状及存在的不足,为相关研究的进一步开展提供参考和方向。方法系统检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中癌症复发恐惧相关文献并进行计量分析。结果共纳入18篇文献,分别发表在12种期刊上,文献发表量总体呈逐年上升趋势,其中基金支持文献10篇,占总篇数的55.6%;作者来自10个省、自治区、直辖市,以河南、浙江、山东发文量较多;研究群体以乳腺癌患者为主,有6篇(33.3%);肺癌次之,有2篇(11.1%);研究中主要是以描述性研究为主,有11篇(61.1%);综述报道有5篇(27.8%);研究热点主要集中于复发恐惧现状、影响因素以及复发恐惧与疾病应对方式的相关性研究。结论目前国内对癌症人群癌症复发恐惧的研究较少,研究者须加强协作,扩大研究区域范围,多角度探索不同类型癌症患者的复发恐惧状况、影响因素,编制和引进合适的测量工具,制订符合我国人群特点的干预措施,以降低癌症患者的复发恐惧水平。

Objective To analyzes the present situation and the deficiency of cancer recurrence fear in China,and provides reference and direction for further research.Methods Systematic retrieval and quantitative analysis of the literature on fear of cancer recurrence in the Chinese Journal Full Text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database and China Biomedical Documentation Database(CBM).Results A total of 18 documents were included and published in 12 periodicals.The overall publication of documents was increasing year by year.The fund supported 10 documents,accounting for 55.6%of the total number of articles;The author comes from 10 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities directly under the Central Government,and has more documents in Henan,Zhejiang,and Shandong;The study group was mainly breast cancer patients,6(33.3%),followed by lung cancer,and 2(11.1%);The main research in this study is descriptive research,11(61.1%);There are 5 overview reports(27.8%);Research focuses on the status quo of recurrent fear,influencing factors,and the correlation between recurrent fear and disease response.Conclusion At present,there are few studies on the fear of cancer recurrence in the cancer population in China.Researchers need to strengthen their collaboration and expand the scope of research.They need to explore the recurrence fear situation and influencing factors in different types of cancer patients from many angles,and develop and introduce appropriate measurement tools.In order to reduce the level of recurrence fear of cancer patients.
