人文关怀干预模式在老年痴呆患者中的干预效果研究

Study on the intervention effect of humanistic care intervention model in senile dementia patients

目的建立老年痴呆患者人文关怀干预模式,为老年痴呆患者提供系统化管理模式。方法选取102例老年痴呆患者,按照入院时间的不同分为两组,每组各51例。两组均实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施以人文关怀为主的干预模式。干预前后分别采用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、老年失能评估量表、老年性痴呆生活质量量表修订版(QOL-AD)对患者进行测评,评估干预效果。结果干预后,观察组患者MMSE评分明显高于干预前及对照组(P<0.05),ADL评分低于干预前及对照组(P<0.05);观察组老年失能量表中精神功能、交流、活动、自理、家庭生活以及量表总分均高于干预前及对照组(P<0.05);生活质量量表总分均高于干预前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀干预模式能显著提高老年痴呆症患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,延缓失能趋势,提高生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To establish the Humanistic Concern Intervention Model for elderly patients with dementia,so as to provide systematic management approach for elderly patients with dementia.Methods 102 patients with Alzheimer′s disease were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,51 in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in both groups.On this basis,the observation group carried out the intervention mode of humanistic care.Before and after the intervention,MMSE,ADL,elderly disability assessment scale,QOL-AD were used to evaluate the effect of the intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of MMSE in observation group was significantly higher than those before intervention and control group(P<0.05),and the ADL score was lower than that before intervention and control group(P<0.05);the scores of mental function,communication,activity,self-care,family life and scale in observation group were higher than those before intervention and control group(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life scale were higher than those before intervention and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care intervention model can significantly improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of Alzheimer′s disease patients,delay the trend of disability and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
