摘要
根据2019年发布的《关于深化消防执法改革的意见》,取消了消防设施维护保养检测机构的资质许可制度,维保检测机构办理营业执照后即可开展经营活动,因此加强对消防设施维护保养检测机构的事中事后监督显得尤为重要,本文就加强对消防设施维护保养检测机构消防监管的重要意义、存在的问题及对策方法进行分析。
According to the“Opinions on deepening reform of law enforcement in fire protection”introduced in 2019,the qualification for organizations related to firefighting equipment maintenance and test has been canceled,and organizations can carry out business activities after obtaining corresponding licenses.Therefore,stronger supervision is particularly important during and after the process.This paper analyzes the significance and problems of supervision of maintenance and test organizations,as well as offers some methods to strengthen the supervision.
