岛礁和舰艇官兵常见病的调查研究

Survey and comparison of the commonly⁃seen diseases between naval islet and shipboard personnel

目的了解岛礁和舰艇官兵的常见病发生情况,为海军部队常见病的防治提供依据。方法对某岛礁和舰艇部队官兵分别下发调查问卷,将婚姻状况、受教育程度、工作时长、饮食习惯等设为暴露因素,对各因素进行调查统计并分析不同地区海军部队常见病发生的可能因素。结果岛礁和舰艇官兵的腰腿痛、失眠多梦和焦虑均位列常见病的前3位,岛礁官兵的口腔疾病发生率相对较高,而舰艇官兵的功能性腹胀、晕动病、关节炎、偏头痛等的发生率相对较高。结论岛礁和舰艇官兵的训练环境、工作地域、饮食习惯、蔬菜水果摄入量以及受教育程度等可能影响其常见病的发生情况。

Objective To investigate the incidence of commonly⁃seen diseases that occurred among naval islet and shipboard personnel,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of those diseases in naval units.Methods Questionnaire survey was performed in the commissioned and enlisted of a certain naval islet garrison unit and shipboard personnel.Marriage status,educa⁃tional background,length of work and eating habits were designated as exposure factors.Then,investigation of various factors was made,and analyses were performed concerning possible factors associated with commonly⁃seen diseases in naval units in different re⁃gions.Results Lower back and leg pain,insomnia,dream and anxiety were the top three disorders among naval islet and shipboard personnel.The incidence of oral diseases among islet personnel was relatively higher,while the incidence of functional abdominal dis⁃tension,motion sickness,arthritis and migraine was relatively higher among shipboard personnel.Conclusion Training environment,region of work,eating habits,vegetable and fruit intake and educational level of the naval islet and shipboard personnel might be factors affecting the incidence of commonly⁃seen diseases.
