摘要
随着职业教育改革深入推进,湖北省高职教育发展迅猛,但发展不平衡,面临较大挑战。通过对湖北省58所高职院校办学情况进行比较研究,分析制约湖北省高职教育发展的原因,提出优化湖北省高职教育的发展策略,使湖北省由高等职业教育大省转变为高等职业教育强省。
It is apparent that with the deepening of vocational education reform,Hubei provincial higher vocational education realizes the rapid development.However,it also creates unbalance development and is faced withhuge challenges.Therefore,the paper tries to analyzethe weak quality of talent cultivation and education based on the comparative survey of 58 colleges in hubei province.The purpose is to optimize the development mechanism and suggest some countermeasures.
