浙江省示范性高职创业学院的组织特性研究

Research on Organizational Characteristics of Zhejiang Provincial Exemplary Vocational Entrepreneurship Colleges

研究以浙江省13所示范性创业学院为研究对象,在分析其建设研究背景基础上,采用文献分析法、问卷访谈法以及个案分析法等研究方法,从组织架构、机构名称、人员配备、培养模式和保障体系五个方面,对示范性创业学院的组织特性进行综合分析,以期提升高职创业学院建设成效。

It is apparent that the research takes 13 exemplary entrepreneurship colleges in Zhejiang Province as the research object.Then,based on the analysis of their construction research background,the study utilizes literature analysis,questionnaire interview method,case analysis method and other research methods.Actually,it tries to conduct comprehensive analysis from the organizational structure,organizational name,staffing,training model,and security system.The purpose is to improve and enhance the effectiveness of the constructing vocational colleges.
