国内工作场所学习研究述评

A Review of Studies onWork-place Learning in China

为深入了解国内工作场所学习领域的研究现状,对已有研究文献进行了系统整理和分析。研究发现,我国工作场所学习研究的整体实力相对薄弱,也不乏研究者在工作场所学习的理论与实践方面获得许多有价值的成果。国内工作场所学习相关研究存在的问题主要表现为:基础理论相对薄弱;理论创新性不足;学习方式研究不够深入;价值取向有待商榷。

It is quite clear that in order to deeply understand the research status in the field of work-place learning in China,the research literature is sorted out and analyzed.It is found that the overall strength of work-place learning research in China is relatively insufficient.However,there are many researchers who have gained a lot of valuable results in the theory and practice of workplace learning.There is no doubt that the problems in domestic studies on workplace learning are mainly manifested in the following aspects such asrelatively insufficient study and innovation,superficial research and questionable value orientation.
