在新时代发展历史背景下,我国不断加强和改进高职院校学生党建工作的宣传和执行力度,做好学生党员发展工作,是高校履行立德树人的根本任务,是加强高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的必要途径。高职院校要充分利用党的政治优势和组织优势,认识到学生党员发展工作的必要性和重要性,推陈出新,在实践过程中摸索出更有效率、更有质量的模式,吸纳更多优秀的入党积极分子,从而更好地开展党建工作。文章结合实际,就新时代高职院校学生党员发展工作中存在的问题进行梳理,提出针对性建议,为提高高职院校学生党员发展质量及推进学生党建工作提供有效支持。
