硅胶与硅胶联合自体耳软骨在鼻整形中应用效果和安全性的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of efficacy and safety of silica gel and silica gel combined with autologous auricular cartilage for rhinoplasty

目的对硅胶与硅胶联合自体耳软骨在鼻整形中应用的效果和安全性进行系统分析。方法检索PubMed、中国知网、万方、维普等中英文数据库,收集所有关于单纯使用硅胶和硅胶联合自体耳软骨在鼻整形中应用效果与安全性比较的研究,进行Meta分析。结果共有9篇临床随机对照研究纳入本Meta分析,从中选取4项指标进行比较。经统计分析,使用硅胶联合自体耳软骨行鼻整形术患者的满意度明显优于单纯使用硅胶的患者[RR=1.28(95%CI:1.20,1.36),P<0.05],使用硅胶联合自体耳软骨行鼻整形术患者的术后感染率[RR=0.38(95%CI:0.20,0.76),P<0.05]、鼻假体变形率[RR=0.38(95%CI:0.15,0.94),P<0.05]、鼻假体外露率[RR=0.27(95%CI:0.15,0.50),P<0.05]均明显低于单纯使用硅胶的患者。结论通过Meta分析显示,使用硅胶联合自体耳软骨进行鼻整形术在临床效果和安全性方面优于单纯使用硅胶。

Objective The efficacy and safety of silica gel and silica gel combined with autologous auricular cartilage for rhinoplasty was systematically analyzed. Methods The database such as PubMed, CNKI, WANFANG and VIP were searched. The studies on efficacy and safety of silica gel and silica gel combined with autologous auricular cartilage for rhinoplasty were collected for meta-analysis.Results A total of 9 clinical randomized controlled trials were involved in this meta-analysis. Four indicators were selected for further comparison. According to the statistical analysis, the satisfaction of patients underwent rhinoplasty by silica gel combined with autologous auricular cartilage was significantly better than that of silica gel alone [RR=1.28(95% CI: 1.20, 1.36), P<0.05]. The infection rate [RR=0.38(95% CI: 0.20, 0.76), P<0.05], deformation rate [RR=0.38(95% CI: 0.15, 0.94), P<0.05] and external exposure rate [RR=0.27(95% CI:0.15, 0.50), P<0.05] of nasal prosthesis of patients underwent rhinoplasty by silica gel combined with autologous auricular cartilage were significantly lower than that of silica gel alone. Conclusion The meta-analysis results show that silica gel combined with autologous auricular cartilage for rhinoplasty is better than silica gel alone in terms of clinical efficacy and safety.
