腋窝皱襞旁微切口扇形修剪法治疗腋臭 被引量:3

Micro-incision near the axillary fold and fan-shaped trimming technique in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis

摘要 目的探讨腋窝皱襞旁微切口扇形修剪法根治腋臭的临床疗效。方法对36例(72侧)患者,于腋窝皱襞旁行微切口约1 cm,扇形修剪腋部皮肤与皮下组织之间包含大汗腺、毛囊在内的一定厚度的皮下组织,术后第2天换药观察术区情况,第7天拆线。结果本组36例患者中3例出现皮下小范围血肿,均未发生皮肤坏死、切口裂开、延迟愈合、感染等严重并发症。术后随访6~12个月,患者自我评价:非常好6例,好20例,一般8例,差2例。腋部切口均无明显瘢痕。结论采用腋窝皱襞旁微切口扇形修剪法治疗腋臭可行性较强,操作简便,术区并发症较少,术后气味消除效果较好,瘢痕不明显,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy ofmicro-incision near the axillary fold and fan-shaped trimming technique in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis. Methods A micro-incision about 1 cm near the axillary fold was performed on 36 patients(72 sides).The subcutaneous tissue including the apocrine glands and hair follicles between the skin of axillary and subcutaneous tissue were removed by fan-shaped trimming. The dressing change was performed and the condition of operative area was checked on the second day. The sutures were removed in 7 days after operation. Results Of 36 patients 3 patients occurred subcutaneous hematoma. No serious complications such as skin necrosis, wound dehiscence, delayed healing and infection occurred. All patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months.The self-evaluation of postoperative efficacy was very good in 6 patients, good in 20 patients, general in 8 patients and poor in 2 patients.No obvious scar was found in the axillary incisions. Conclusion The application of micro-incision near the axillary fold and fan-shaped trimming technique in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis is feasible and easy. The complications in the operative area is less, the odor elimination after operation is good and the scar is not obvious. It should be considered for clinical popularization and application.
