丰满新坝坝顶门机行走精确定位自动控制技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 丰满发电厂重建工程中应用了很多新的技术,目的是实现全厂全站设备设施自动化、智能化。本文介绍了基于RFID、PLC及WinCC等技术而开发的大坝坝顶门机行走位置检测及自动控制系统,该系统替代了传统手动操作方式,不仅能简化门机行走操作、提高门机位置控制精度,同时也节省了操作时间、提升了工作效率。现场试验表明,门机行走精确定位自动控制系统能够满足现场闸门操作的需求,适用于水电厂大坝门机行走机构的自动控制。 Many new technologies were applied in rebuilding project for Fengman Water Power Plant.The purpose was to realize the equipment and facilities automation and intellectualization in the whole plant and the whole station.In this paper,the authors presented the walking position detection and automatic control system for the dam crest gantry crane developed based on RFID、PLC,WinCC,and so on technologies.The system has replaced the traditional,manual operation way,not only simplifying gantry crane walking operation and improving the position control accuracy for gantry crane,but also saving operation time and improving work efficiency.The site tests show that the automatic control system for gantry crane precise positioning can satisfy the requirements operating the water gate at the site,and it is suitable for automatic control for the gantry crane walking machinery of water power plant.
