基于PBL的情景式教学法在高等中医院校心肺复苏培训中的应用 被引量:5

The Application of Situational Teaching Method in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Based on PBL in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的运用以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)为手法,采取情景式教学法建立不同教学模型,改善中医药院校急救教学水平。方法选取我校中医专业2018级84名本科学生作为授课研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各42人,对照组采用常规授课方法,实验组采用基于PBL的情景式教学法授课,考核2组学生的综合学习成绩,对实验组学生发放调查问卷了解学习感受。结果实验组学生理论及实训成绩明显高于对照组,实验组所有学生对这种实训教学方法持肯定态度。结论基于PBL的情景式教学法可以明显提高急救医学授课效果,可在中医院校临床课中开展应用。 Objective Using problem-based teaching method(PBL)as a method and adopting situational teaching method to establish different teaching models,we can improve the teaching level of first aid in university of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 84 undergraduate students of 2018 grade of Chinese medicine specialty in our university were selected as the teaching objects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 42 students in each group.The control group used the conventional teaching method.The experimental group used the PBL-based situational teaching method.The comprehensive learning results of two groups of students were assessed.Questionnaires were distributed to the experimental group.Understand the learning experience.Results The theoretical and practical results of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.All the students in the experimental group had a positive attitude towards this practical teaching method.Conclusion PBL-based situational teaching method can obviously improve the teaching effect of emergency medicine,and can be applied in university of traditional Chinese medicine.
