PBL-LBL双轨教学模式在中医肛肠科临床教学中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨PBL-LBL双轨教学模式在中医肛肠科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取西南医科大学附属医院中医肛肠科轮转实习生80名,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。实验组采用PBL-LBL双轨教学模式,对照组采用单一PBL教学模式,2组教学周期均为30 d。实习结束后进行出科考试,比较2组理论考试及技能考核成绩,并采用问卷调查法了解两组学生对各自教学方法的评价。结果实验组学生的理论考试及技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生对教学模式的满意度总体上明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论PBL-LBL双轨教学模式有助于学生学习主动性的更好发挥,使其更好地掌握中医肛肠科相关疾病理论知识,提高临床实践能力,有助于教学质量的改善,值得在中医肛肠科临床带教中推广。 Objective To evaluate the application value of PBL-LBL double-track teaching in the Anorectal department of TCM.Methods 80 interns who did practice in the proctology of TCM,and were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)received PBL-LBL double-track teaching model and control group(n=40)received PBL teaching model.The teaching time was 30 days.Analysis and comparison were made on the scores of final examination and the degree of satisfaction of different teachlng modes between the two groups Results After training,the scores of final examination in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and significant difference was shown(P<0.05).The satisfaction survey of teaching mode shows the satisfaction rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and significant difference was shown(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion PBL-LBL double-track teaching is helpful for students to enhance their learning initiative,to master the theoretical knowledge of anorectal diseases better,and to improve their clinical practice ability.PBL-LBL double-track also can improve the teaching quality,which is worth promoting in the clinical teaching of Anorectal department.
