黑膏药是我国中药传统五大药物剂型(丸、散、膏、丹、汤)之一,临床应用广泛,疗效确切。作者作为全国第六批名老中医药专家张红星主任药师的学术继承人,对张红星主任药师在黑膏药制备方面的技术经验进行归纳总结,主要阐述黑膏药传统制备工艺中从准备、炸料提取、炼油、下丹成膏、去火毒、摊涂6个制备流程中关键技术点和注意问题。

Black plaster is one of the five traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms-pill,powder,paste,dan,tang,widely used in clinical.In this paper the author as a director of the sixth batch of traditional Chinese medicine experts Zhang Hongxing pharmacist academic heirs,of Zhang Hongxing director of the pharmacist in the preparation of black plaster paper summarizes experience in technology,mainly elaborated the black plaster in the traditional preparation technology from the preparation,fried material extraction,refining down into paste,dan spent poison,stand with six key technical points and attention problems in the preparation process.
