健脾愈疡方辨证治疗难治性消化性溃疡临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jianpi Yuyang Decoction in the Treatment of Refractory Peptic Ulcer Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的探讨健脾愈疡方治疗难治性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法样本时间:2017年1月—2019年6月;样本来源:万安县人民医院收治的52例难治性消化性溃疡患者一般临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组患者26例。对照组给予常规西药(丽珠维三联+奥美拉唑镁肠溶片),观察组在此基础上给予健脾愈疡方联合治疗,比较2组患者临床治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间(嗳气消失时间、疼痛消失时间、反酸消失时间)、疾病复发率与幽门螺杆菌(HP)根除率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.15%,对照组为76.92%,数据差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者嗳气、疼痛、反酸等各项临床症状缓解时间具有明显差异,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组疾病复发率为23.08%,观察组为3.85%,2组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组HP根除率为80.77%,观察组HP根除率为100.00%,2组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾愈疡方治疗难治性消化性溃疡的临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Yuyang decoction on refractory peptic ulcer.Methods Sample time:January 2017 to June 2019.Sample source:General clinical data of 52 patients with refractory peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine(Lizhuwei triple and Omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets).The observation group was in the control group.On this basis,Jianpi Yuyang decoction was given,and the clinical efficacy,relief time of clinical symptoms(belch disappearance time,pain disappearance time,acid regurgitation disappearance time),recurrence rate of disease and eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(HP)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%and that of the control group was 76.92%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The relief time of clinical symptoms such as belching,pain and acid reflux was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of disease in the control group was 23.08%.The observation group was 3.85%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The eradication rate of HP in the control group was 80.77%,and that in the observation group was 100.00%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yuyang decoction is effective in treating refractory peptic ulcer.
