中药外敷联合美洛昔康治疗类风湿性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Meloxicam in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的综合性评价中药外敷联合美洛昔康口服治疗对类风湿性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月于抚顺市中医院内三科病房住院并接受治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用美洛昔康片口服治疗;试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合中药外敷治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后WOMAC关节评分、类风湿因子RF及C反应蛋白CRP水平变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组WOMAC指数(26.18±2.47),类风湿因子(65.76±31.42)IU/mL,C反应蛋白(33.22±8.41)mg/L;对照组WOMAC指数(45.75±2.38),类风湿因子(97.31±22.12)IU/mL,C反应蛋白(56.81±15.58)mg/L。试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷联合美洛昔康口服治疗可有效改善类风湿性关节炎患者周身较高的炎性反应状态,缓解关节疼痛、恢复关节活动度及功能,舒筋活血、壮骨除痹、祛寒散湿,中西联合用药临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical effects of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with oral administration of meloxicam in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 patients in the control group were treated with meloxicam tablets orally,and 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Results After clinical treatment,the experimental group had WOMAC index(26.18±2.47),rheumatoid factor(65.76±31.42)IU/mL,and C-reactive protein(33.22±8.41)mg/L.The control group had WOMAC index(45.75±2.38),rheumatoid factor(97.31±22.12)IU/mL,and C-reactive protein(56.81±15.58)mg/L.The experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with oral administration of meloxicam can effectively improve the high inflammatory response state of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,strengthen bones and remove phlegm and blood stasis.Cold and damp,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
