脑卒中后肩手综合征综合护理的研究进展

Research Process ofn Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Shoulder-hand Syndrome after Stroke

肩手综合征是脑血管疾病的常见并发症之一,其临床发病率高,治疗方法不明确,治疗效果欠佳,且预后严重影响患者上肢运动功能的康复、生活质量以及战胜疾病的信心建立,故笔者希望找到有效的护理方法,配合各种临床治疗,以降低临床发病率以及提高治疗效果。本文就近5年国内脑卒中后肩手综合征综合护理方法研究进展进行综述。

Shoulder-hand syndrome(SHE)is a complication that secondary to stroke,its incidence rate is increasing year by year,there is no specific treatment,and that will have some bad influence on rehabilitation of upper limb,quality of life and confidence to fight disease.Therefore,it is important to find effective rehabilitation nursing treatment to reduce incidence and improve effect of treatment.This article would review the nursing treatment of SHS by analyzing related literature in 5 years in order to guide clinical treatment.
