中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变是一种自限性疾病,可自行缓解,部分患者可发展为慢性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变,病程迁延,易反复发作,对视力造成不可逆性损害。在治疗方面尚无特效药,中医药价格低廉,具有多靶点的特点,在改善黄斑水肿、促进视网膜下液的吸收方面起着重要的作用,需临床进一步反复研究,制定出适合个体化的治疗方案。

Central serous chorioretinopathy is a self-limited disease,which can be alleviated by itself.Some patients may develop chronic central serous chorioretinopathy,with a prolonged course and easy recurrence,causing irreversible damage to vision.In terms of treatment,there is no specific medicine,the price of traditional Chinese medicine is low,with the characteristics of multi-target,in improving macular edema,promote the absorption of subretinal fluid plays an important role,it needs to be further repeated clinical study,work out a suitable individualized treatment plan.
