康复治疗学人才培养方案调查与思考研究

Investigation and Consideration on the Talents Training Program of Rehabilitation and Therapeutics

目的发现并针对长春中医药大学康复医学院康复治疗学专业人在培养模式中的方式方法进行研究,通过对培养模式中的目标、方式、内容以及存在的问题进行调查和分析,并提出合理可靠的解决方法和解决思路。方法通过文献查阅、问卷调查、实地走访询问等方式,收集整理该校相关教育教学主管、任课专家老师、在校康复治疗学专业学生对于当前康复治疗学人才培养模式的建议和意见。结果本次共发放调查问卷328份,收回有效问卷328份,有效率为100%。其中有89.33%的受访同学对于人才方案培养目标较为清晰,仍有10.67%的受访同学对于课程的设置不满意。结论目前,康复治疗学专业的人才培养模式还存在着一定的问题,应该从培养目标、培养方式、教育教学研究、学生反馈等方式进行强化和调整,从而增进康复人才培养水平和质量。

Objective To find out and research the methods and methods of rehabilitation professionals in the training mode of this school.Through the investigation and analysis of the objectives,methods,contents and existing problems in the training mode,and put forward reasonable and reliable solutions and solutions.Methods by means of literature review,questionnaire survey,field visit and inquiry,we collected and sorted out the Suggestions and opinions of relevant education and teaching supervisors,course experts and teachers,and students majoring in rehabilitation and therapeutics on the current training mode of rehabilitation and therapeutics.Results A total of 328 questionnaires were issued and 328 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 100%.Among them,89.33%of the respondents were clear about the training objectives of the talent program,while 10.67%of the respondents were not satisfied with the curriculum.Conclusion At present,there are still some problems in the training mode of rehabilitation therapy,which should be strengthened and adjusted from the training objectives,training methods,education and teaching research,student feedback,etc.,so as to improve the training level and quality of rehabilitation talents.
