离退休干部是党和国家的宝贵财富,是党执政兴国的重要政治资源。随着我国人口老龄化步伐的加快,退休党员干部数量逐年增多,老干部队伍越来越庞大,如何正确有效组织引导离退休干部为党和人民事业发挥正能量,已成为当前各级老干部工作部门面临的一项重要课题。首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院通过调查问卷、集中座谈、个别访谈等形式进行了调研分析,并结合医院实际,重点对如何组织引导离退休干部发挥正能量进行了实践与思考,供大家借鉴参考。

Retired cadres are the valuable wealth of the party and the country,and are important political resources for the party to govern and rejuvenate the country.With the acceleration of China's population aging,the number of retired party members and cadres has increased year by year,and the number of veteran cadres has become larger and larger.How to properly and effectively organize and guide retired cadres to exert positive energy for the cause of the party and the people has become the current work department of veteran cadres at all levels is an important subject.Beijing You’an Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University conducted research and analysis through questionnaires,centralized discussions,and individual interviews.Based on the actual situation of the hospital,it focused on how to organize and guide retired cadres to exert positive energy.
