尿毒清颗粒对腹膜透析患者蛋白结合型毒素的影响

摘要 目的探讨尿毒清颗粒对腹膜透析患者血清蛋白结合型毒素水平的影响。方法选择2018年5月—2019年7月在南京医科大学附属江宁医院接受腹膜透析的终末期肾病患者60例,随机分成尿毒清颗粒组和对照组各30例,对照组给予腹膜透析及常规治疗,尿毒清颗粒组在对照组的基础上加用尿毒清颗粒口服,疗程12周。比较2组患者基线水平、4、8、12周时蛋白结合型毒素IS和PCS水平,并观察治疗前后肝肾功能、血红蛋白、钙磷、甲状旁腺激素、透析充分性和残余肾功能变化及不良反应发生情况。结果在第4、8、12周时,尿毒清颗粒组的总IS水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在12周的随访中,2组游离IS、PCS和总PCS水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论口服尿毒清颗粒可有效降低腹膜透析患者血清总IS水平,临床应用安全有效。 Objective:To study the effect of Niaoduqing Granules on serum protein-bound toxin levels in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:60 patients with end-stage renal disease who received peritoneal dialysis in Jiangning Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from May 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into Niaoduqing Granules group and a control group,30 cases per group.The control group was given peritoneal dialysis and routine treatment and the Niaoduqing Granules group was orally given with Niaoduqing Granules on the basis of the control group.12 weeks was a course of treatment.The baseline level,protein-bound toxin IS and PCS levels at 4th week,8th week and 12th week were compared between the two groups,and the liver and kidney function,hemoglobin,calcium and phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,dialysis adequacy and residual renal function changes and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results:At the 4th,8th and 12th week,the total IS level of the Niaoduqing Granules group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and that in the 12-week follow-up,the free IS,PCS and total PCS levels of the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The oral administration of Niaoduqing Granules can effectively reduce the serum total IS level in peritoneal dialysis patients and its clinical application is safe and effective.
