核岛水过滤器滤芯性能鉴定试验研究设计和验证

Research,Design and Verification for the Performance Experiments of the Nuclear Island Water Filter Elements

核岛水过滤器是核电厂水质净化的重要设备,起到了去除腐蚀产物和固体颗粒物的作用。通过对国内外滤芯鉴定标准的研究,本文对自主研制的核岛水过滤器滤芯开展了主要性能鉴定试验研究设计,搭建了滤芯鉴定试验台架,成功测试了滤芯的主要性能参数,滤芯各项测试性能参数能够满足核电厂核岛系统运行要求。

Nuclear island water filters are important equipment for purifying nuclear power plant water.They play important roles in removing corrosion products and solid particles.Through study of the domestic and foreign standards,this paper carries out the research and design for the performance experiments of the nuclear island water filter elements,builds the identification test benches,and finally successfully tests the performance.The results show the performance of the filters meet the requirements of the nuclear island system in the nuclear power plant.
