摘要
三门核电1号机组是AP1000第三代核电的全球首堆,也是国内电站首次将新型、性能更优异的非能动球状消氢催化剂盒用于设计基准事故下的安全壳内氢气复合工作,以确保第三道屏障安全壳的完整性。分析非能动球状消氢催化剂盒的失效机理,逐项排查导致消氢效率下降的原因,并摸索开发非能动球状消氢催化剂盒失效后的再生试验方法,完成失效催化剂盒的再生工作,实现了消氢效率恢复到或接近出厂前的效率,经过现场实际验证,该方法有效地解决了AP1000非能动球状消氢催化盒消氢效率失效的问题,为项目进展节约了经济费用和时间成本。为其他AP1000机组对该非能动消氢催化剂盒的使用提供经验借鉴。
Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant unit 1 is the first AP1000 reactor of third-generation nuclear power plant.It is also the first time that domestic power plant adopts a new type of high-performance passive spherical autocatalytic recombiners used in the containment under the design basis accident to ensure the integrity of containment-the third safety barrier.The failure mechanism of the spherical passive autocatalytic recombiners has been analyzed,and the reasons causing decrease performance have been investigated.Based on these analyses,the recovery method of the failure passive autocatalytic recombiners was developed.The dehydrogenation efficiency return to or close to new ones.After site verification,this method solves failure of the passive autocatalytic recombiners in AP1000 unit,and it saved the economic and time cost,and provide experience for other AP1000 units.
