摘要 角膜屈光手术开展多年,其安全性、有效性已经得到了认可,尤其是近年来开展的飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE),有着无瓣、微透镜制作精确、手术过程中能量丢失甚微、术后角膜知觉恢复迅速等优点,本研究旨在比较SMILE手术与飞秒激光辅助的准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(Fs-LASIK)2种手术后角膜球差的变化及有效光学区的差别,比较2种术式的术后视觉质量差异。
