摘要
为了解决高速公路里程长、视频监控点多、单机监控系统不能联网造成的工程管理不方便、费用高、信息不能共享的问题,设计了一套高速公路建设期远程视频监控系统。该系统为三层架构,分别是带摄像机的采集前端层、由光纤+无线网桥+4G组成的传输层、包含B/S模式的管理层。将该系统应用于西安南外环高速公路,实现了分级远程管理、实时视频监控和语音对讲等功能,有效地帮助管理人员对项目进行实时管理。该系统的设计与实施有望为其他高速公路视频监控系统的建设提供理论指导。
To solve the problem of inconvenient management,high cost and hard to share information due to long highway mileage,many video monitoring points and unaccessible to internet of single computer monitoring system,in this paper a remote video monitoring system for highway construction period is designed.The system includes three-layer structure,which are a collection front-end layer with a camera,a transmission layer composed of a fiber+wireless bridge+4G,and a management layer including a B/S mode.The system is applied to the Xi’an South Outer Ring Highway,which realizes functions such as hierarchical remote management,real-time video surveillance and voice intercom,which effectively helps management personnel to manage the project in real time.The design and implementation of the system is expected to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of other highway video surveillance systems.
