甬舟高速公路交通运行分析及展望 被引量:1

Analysis and Prospect of Traffic Operation of Ningbo-Zhoushan Expressway

摘要 论文基于甬舟高速公路的收费数据和道路断面交通检测数据,对历年交通量增长情况、交通组成、车牌照构成、淡旺季交通量变化等总体交通特征进行了分析。基于2018年日交通量和小时交通量全样本数据,并对交通量月变特征、周变特征、时变特征等进行了分析,指出甬舟高速公路具有明显的旅游交通通道特征。基于年最大小时交通量、第30位、50位和100位小时交通量数据,采用V/C指标分金塘大桥、西堠门大桥、一期工程等三段对甬舟高速公路基本路段的服务水平进行了评价,指出如不考虑节假日小客车免费通行政策影响,现状甬舟高速公路整个路段高峰小时服务水平均低于设计标准。鉴于交通量增长较快、道路现状服务水平较低以及跨海通道线位资源的紧缺性,可考虑与甬舟高铁同步实施甬舟高速公路复线一期工程,应进一步深化甬舟高速公路复线二期的技术前期和建设时机论证工作。 Based on the toll data and the detection data of the road section,in the paper the overall traffic characteristics are analyzed such as traffic growth,traffic composition,vehicle license plate composition,and traffic changes during the peak season.Based on the full sample data of daily traffic volume and hourly traffic volume in 2018,monthly change characteristics of traffic volume,cyclical characteristics and time-varying characteristics are analyzed,it is pointed out that the Ningbo-Zhoushan Expressway has obvious characteristics of tourist traffic passage.Based on the annual maximum hourly traffic volume,the 30th,50th and 100th hour traffic data,the V/C index of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Expressway is evaluated by dividing into the Jintang Bridge,the Xihoumen Bridge and the first phase of the project.It’s pointed out that if the impact of the free pass policy for holiday passenger cars is not considered,the current peak hour service level of the whole section of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Expressway is lower than the design standard.In view of the rapid growing of traffic volume,the low level of current road service and limited spacing of sea-crossing alignment,it can be considered to implement the first phase of double track project of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Hi-speed Railway simultaneously with the Ningbo-Zhoushan Expressway,and the technical schemes and feasibility study of the second phase of Ningbo-Zhoushan Hi-speed Railway should be carried out in depth further.
