摘要
缺少旱地番茄优良品种是北方干旱地区露地番茄发展制约性因素。为筛选出适合干旱缺水地区种植旱地番茄品种,以16个番茄品种为试验材料,通过测定番茄品种经济品质(经济产量和单果重)、营养品质(可溶性固形物含量等8个指标)、食味品质及硬度。利用层次分析法评价各番茄品种经济品质和营养品质综合表现。结果表明,冀番137、乾德M725和旱地粉霸王产量高、品质好、硬度高,层次分析法打分最高,适宜在长治市壶关县等干旱缺水露地种植,可满足生产要求和消费需求。
The lack of good varieties of dry land tomatoes is a restrictive factor in the development of open-field tomatoes in Northern Dry Areas.In order to select dryland tomato varieties suitable for drought and water shortage areas,16 tomato varieties were used as experimental materials,measuring the economic quality(economic yield and single fruit weight),nutritional quality(soluble solids,etc.),taste quality and hardness of tomato varieties.The analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of economic quality and nutritional quality of tomato varieties.The result indicated that,Jifan137,QiandeM725 and Handifenbawang were suitable for planting on dry and waterscarce areas such as Huguan County,Shanxi Province,because of high yield,good quality and high hardness,meeting production requirements and consumption needs.
