浅谈管磨机内部改造的几项实用性技术 被引量:2

摘要 管磨机内部结构的优化既关系到水泥的能耗,又关系到它的质量。在管磨机内部结构优化改造过程中,细磨仓可安装使用优化设计的新型大区域活化环,充分激活小规格研磨体集群的粉磨能量;大通孔率新型单层复合式便更换筛片隔仓板与出磨篦板具有良好通风与过料能力的;新型高效无研磨死区设计的单波峰大波纹衬板(工作表面与研磨体之间的提升摩擦系数f要比小波纹衬板大得多)极其有利于水泥物料的磨细,既能够用于水泥管磨机粗磨仓,也可以用于过渡仓和细磨仓;椭圆球研磨体可提高管磨机粉磨效率;根据物料的粉磨特性与入磨物料颗粒粒径,水分与温度等相关技术参数,优化选择管磨机各仓的有效仓长比例和隔仓板、出磨篦板篦缝取值以及与之适应的研磨体级配,可大幅度提高磨内磨细能力,降低粉磨系统电耗。 The optimization of the internal structure of the tube mill is not only related to the energy consumption of cement but also related to its quality.In the process of optimizing the internal structure of the tube mill,the fine mill can be installed and used the new large area activation ring which is optimized to fully activate the grinding energy of the small size grinding mass cluster.The new type of high-efficiency nogrinding dead zone design of single wavy liner(the lifting friction coefficient f between the working surface and the grinding body is much larger than that of the small wavy liner)is extremely conducive to the grinding of cement materials,which can be used not only for the coarse grinding bin of cement pipe mill,but also for the transition bin and fine grinding bin.The grinding efficiency of tube mill can be improved by elliptic ball grinding body.According to the grinding characteristics of materials and the relevant technical parameters such as particle size,water content and temperature,optimizing the effective bin length ratio of each bin of the pipe mill and the value of grate plate and grate joint of grate plate and grate plate,as well as the appropriate grinding material gradation,can greatly improve the inner grinding ability and reduce the power consumption of the grinding system.
