舌诊在肝硬化中的应用研究

Research Progress of Tongue Diagnosis in Cirrhosis

肝硬化早期多无明显症状,晚期却因严重的并发症而威胁患者生命。中医的舌象与肝病严重程度有着内在的关联性,肝硬化进展可表现在舌象的变化上。因此,掌握舌象的变化规律对肝硬化的早期诊断、进行及时治疗具有重要意义。本文主要从肝硬化舌象特点、与临床指标的关系、在预后中的应用及舌诊仪的应用等方面来综述舌诊在肝硬化中的研究进展,旨在为临床治疗肝硬化提供参考。

In the early stage of liver cirrhosis,there are usually no obvious symptoms,but in the late stage,it threatens the patient's life due to severe complications.The tongue picture of traditional Chinese medicine is inherently related to the severity of liver disease.The progress of liver cirrhosis can be manifested in the change of tongue picture.Therefore,mastering the changing law of tongue picture is of great significance for early diagnosis and timely treatment of liver cirrhosis.This article mainly reviews the research progress of tongue diagnosis in liver cirrhosis from the aspects of tongue characteristics,relationship with clinical indicators,application in prognosis and application of tongue diagnosis instrument,and aims to provide reference for clinical treatment of cirrhosis.
