摘要
膀胱癌(BCa)是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,越来越多的证据表明,慢性炎症可能通过各种信号通路在包括BCa在内的多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展发挥着重要作用。本文主要总结慢性炎症分子基础及信号通路在BCa中的作用机制,旨在为炎症与BCa领域的前瞻性研究和临床试验提供分子理论基础。
Bladder cancer(BCa)is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system.Increasing evidence shows that chronic inflammation may play an important role in the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors including BCa through various signaling pathways.This article mainly summarizes the molecular basis of chronic inflammation and the mechanism of action of signaling pathways in BCa,aiming to provide a molecular theoretical basis for prospective studies and clinical trials in the field of inflammation and BCa.
