理解空间政治学:一个初步的分析框架

Understanding Spatial Politics:A Preliminary Analytical Framework

诞生于20世纪70年代的空间政治学是一门涉及诸多领域且富有想象力的学科,极具理论和实践价值,但其重要地位与较为分散的研究现状之间存在较大张力,亟待建立一个整体性的理论分析框架增强对空间政治学的理解。通过对空间政治学出场的时空背景的梳理及我国空间政治实践议题的研究发现,空间生产将空间的政治性和社会属性的独特价值发掘出来,推动了政治学研究的空间转向,尺度重构是分析空间政治中权力关系调整和实现空间正义的核心机制,空间正义明确了空间政治学的理论关怀,为空间生产和尺度重构提供了价值指引。因此,本文从研究对象、实践机制和价值诉求三个方面建构了空间政治学之空间生产、尺度重构以及空间正义三位一体的初步分析框架。空间政治学所指涉的空间及其政治性是相互依存的,不强调政治性的空间将被泛化,不以空间为载体的政治是空洞的。以空间及其政治性为研究主线,将有效地提升空间政治学理论框架的解释效度和信度,但空间生产、尺度重构及空间正义之间的耦合性,仍然有待后续深度研究和探索。

Spatial politics,born in the 1970s,is a highly imaginative subject involving many fields,with great theoretical and practical value,but there is a big tension between its important position and the scattered status of existing research.It is urgent to establish a holistic theoretical analysis framework to enhance the understanding of space politics.Through combing the temporal and spatial background of the appearance of space politics and the research on the topic of China's space politics practice,it is found that space production unearths the unique value of the political and social attributes of space and promotes the spatial turn of political science research.The scale reconstruction is to analyze the adjustment of power relations in space politics and the core mechanism of realizing space justice.Space justice clarifies the theoretical concern of space politics and provides value guidance for space production and scale reconstruction.Therefore,this article constructs a preliminary analysis framework of the trinity of spatial production,scale reconstruction,and spatial justice in spatial politics from three aspects:research object,practical mechanism and value appeal.The space and its political nature referred to by space politics are interdependent.The space that does not emphasize the political nature will be generalized,and the politics that does not use space as a carrier is empty.Taking space and its politics as the main line of research will effectively improve the explanatory validity and reliability of the theoretical framework of space politics.However,the coupling among space production,scale reconstruction and space justice still needs further in-depth research and exploration.
