MR动态增强在诊断乳腺良恶性病变中的应用价值

Application Value of MR Dynamic Enhancementin the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant BreastLesions

目的探讨MR动态增强在诊断乳腺良恶性病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析37例进行乳腺MR动态增强扫描并经病理证实的患者,以病理结果为标准计算乳腺MR动态增强扫描的敏感性、特异性、准确率、阴性预测值及阳性预测值。结果乳腺腺病3例,腺瘤7例,导管内乳头状瘤2例,浸润性导管癌21例,导管内癌2例,混合型浸润癌2例。MR动态增强诊断乳腺恶性病变的敏感性为96.0%,特异性为91.7%,准确率为94.6%,阴性预测值为91.7%,阳性预测值为96.0%。结论乳腺MR动态增强对于乳腺良恶性病变有较高的诊断价值,有助于为临床医生提供更多影像学信息。

Objective To explore the application value of MR dynamic enhancement in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods A total of 37 patients were performed with retrospective analysis by breast MR dynamic enhancement.Sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of MR dynamic enhancement were calculated based on pathological results.Results There were 3 cases of adenopathy,7 cases of adenoma,2 cases of intraductal papilloma,21 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma,2 cases of intraductal carcinoma,and 2 cases of mixed infiltrative carcinoma.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of MR dynamic enhancement in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions were 96.0%,91.7%,94.6%,91.7%and 96.0%,respectively.Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI has high diagnostic value for benign and malignant breast lesions,which can provide more imaging information for clinicians.
