摘要
以5种十字花科蔬菜(广府油菜心、千宝菜、黄叶白菜、白玫瑰白菜、龙湖141奶白菜)为试验材料,LED白光灯板作光源,PPFD(光合光量子密度)为(450±5)μmol·m^-2·s^-1,光周期为12 h/d(6:00~18:00),采收后,对蔬菜的生长和品质进行了比较,以期找到较适合植物工厂系统生产的十字花科蔬菜品种。结果表明,黄叶白菜的产量(地上部鲜质量)显著高于其他4种蔬菜;千宝菜的可溶性糖、抗坏血酸、可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸含量较高,同时其抗氧化物质类黄酮、总酚含量及FRAP、DPPH抗氧化能力也显著优于其他蔬菜;十字花科蔬菜中硝酸盐含量与可溶性糖含量呈负相关性,FRAP、类黄酮、多酚含量具有较强正相关性。5种十字花科蔬菜均适合于植物工厂生产,黄叶白菜具有较高的产量,而千宝菜具有更高的营养和保健价值。
The growth and quality of 5 cruciferous vegetables[Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis var.utilis cv.Guangfu,B.oleracea×B.campeseris,and three pakchoi(B.chinensis)cultivars Huangye,Baimeigui,Longhu 141]were studied in artificial light plant factory,under the condition of 12 h/d(6:00-18:00)photopeirod,(450±5)μmol·m^-2·s^-1 PPFD(photosynthetic photon flux density)and white light LED.The results showed that the yield of Huangye was significantly higher than those of other four vegetables.The contents of soluble sugar,ascorbic acid,soluble protein and free amino acid in B.oleracea×B.campeseris were higher than those of other vegetables,meanwhile,the contents of flavonoids,total phenols and the antioxidant abilities(FRAP and DPPH)were also significantly higher than those of other vegetables.In cruciferous vegetables,there were negative correlation between the contents of nitrate and soluble sugar,and strongly positive correlation among FRAP,flavonoids and polyphenols contents.These 5 cruciferous vegetables are suitable for production in artificial light plant factory,among them,Huangye has a higher yield,and B.oleracea×B.campeseris has higher nutritional and health value.
