15个甘薯品种在汉中地区的比较试验

Comparative Test of 15 Sweet Potato(Ipomoea batatas L.)Cultivars in Hanzhong Area

为筛选适宜汉中栽培推广的甘薯新品种,以秦薯5号为对照品种,调查了15个甘薯品种的植物学、产量性状和薯块特性。试验结果表明,Zb-z、Nzb-1、Nzb-2等品种产量高,大中薯率均达84%以上,薯块品质性状良好,且对糠心病抗性较强,可作为主栽品种在汉中区域推广种植;秦薯9号虽产量高,单株结薯数多,但小薯较多,薯块毛根多,薯皮粗糙,不适合本地推广;普薯32品种产量比对照高4.98%,大中薯率与对照相近,薯块纺锤形,薯肉黄红色,可作为烘烤鲜食品种推广应用。

In order to screen out new sweet potato cultivars suitable for local cultivation and promotion in Hanzhong,taking Qinshu No.5 as the control,the botanical,yield and tuber characteristics of 15 sweet potato cultivars were investigated.The results showed that Zb-z,Nzb-1,Nzb-2 had high yield,and the rates of large and medium-sized tubers were more than 84%,and they had better quality and stronger resistance to bran heart disease,which could be used as the main cultivar to promote and plant in Hanzhong area.Although Qinshu No.9 had high yield and a large number of potatoes of a single plant,it had more small-sized potatoes,more hairy roots on tubers,and rough skins,so it was not suitable for local promotion.The yield of Pushu 32 was 4.98%higher than that of the control,and its rate of large and medium-sized tubers was similar to that of the control,in addition,its tubers were spindle-shaped with yellow-red flesh,as a result,Pushu 32 could be popularized and applied as a baked fresh food cultivar.
