不同光照时长对长豇豆品种光敏性的影响

Effects of Different Illumination Time on Photosensitivity of Asparagus Bean(Vigna unguiculata subsp.sesquipedalis)

在长期的菜用驯化中,长豇豆逐渐分化出对光周期具有不同敏感性的多种类型,通过设置不同的光照时长,研究不同长豇豆品种的光敏性。试验结果表明,本研究中3种光照时长(16 h、8 h、自然光照)下,12个长豇豆品种均能开花结荚,但不同品种对光照时长敏感性差异较大,将12个长豇豆品种分为3类,即几乎不敏感品种、非常敏感品种和敏感性一般品种;其中,碧秀、小富、合浦农家豇属于非常敏感类豇豆品种,随光照时长增加,其开花结荚明显推迟。

In the long-term domestication,asparagus bean gradually differentiated into many types with different sensitivities to photoperiod.This experiment investigated the photosensitivity of different asparagus bean cultivars by setting different illumination time.The results showed that all 12 asparagus bean cultivars could flower and set pods under the three illumination time(16 h,8 h and nature light),but different asparagus bean cultivars had greater differences on sensitivity to light duration.The 12 asparagus bean cultivars were divided into three categories,namely almost-insensitive cultivars,very-sensitive cultivars and general-sensitive cultivars.Among them,Bixiu,Xiaofu and Hepunongjiajiang were very-sensitive cultivars,and their flowering and pod setting periods were significantly delayed as the illumination time increased.
