菇渣基质对番茄幼苗生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探究菇渣代替草炭作为番茄育苗基质的可能性,以不同比例的食用菌菇渣代替草炭进行育苗试验,测定番茄幼苗的株高、茎粗、地上部和地下部生物量、根冠比、壮苗指数及叶绿素含量等生长指标。试验结果表明,T1处理(草炭∶菇渣∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶1∶1)的壮苗指数最高,其株高、茎粗、地上部和地下部生物量等生长指标高于CK或与CK差异不显著。试验结果表明,以30%左右的菇渣代替草炭作为番茄育苗的基质效果最佳。 In order to explore the possibility of substitute peat by mushroom residue as substrate for tomato seedling cultivation,edible mushroom residue was used to replace peat in different proportions in the tomato seedling experiment,and the plant height,stem thickness,above-ground and under-ground biomass,root-shoot ratio,strong seedling index and chlorophyll content of tomato seedlings were studied.The results showed that the T1 treatment(peat∶mushroom residue∶vermiculite∶perlite=2∶1∶1∶1)had the highest strong seedling index,and its growth indexes such as plant height,stem thickness,above-ground and below-ground biomass were higher than those of the control or not significantly different from the control.Using about 30%mushroom residue substitute of peat as the substrate for tomato seedlings had the best effect.
