电商仓库布局的优化研究

Research on E-commerce Warehouse Layout Optimization

文章采用SLP的方法,研究Y电商仓库所存在的问题。运用SLP,从物流因素和非物流因素两方面分析各作业单元,并以此为依据设计仓库布局的优化方案。通过对所得方案综合比较分析,再运用AHP分析法建立评价模型,最终选择合适的布局方案。改进后的布局可以有效地减少仓库的搬运作业,进而减少作业时间,为企业节约资源,提升生产效率。

This article used the SLP method to study the existing problems of Y e-commerce warehouse.It adopted the SLP to analyze the correlation diagram of each operation unit from the aspects of logistics factors and non-logistics factors,and based on this,this paper designed the optimization plan of warehouse layout.Through analyzing and comparing the obtained schemes from a comprehensive perspective,it used the AHP analysis method to establish an evaluation model,and select the appropriate layout scheme.The improved layout facilities could effectively reduce warehouse handling operations,thereby reduced warehouse operating time,saved resources,improved efficiency,enhanced core competitiveness of the enterprise,and brought good social and economic benefits to the enterprise.
