摘要
郴州市国际会展中心主体采用混合框架-中心支撑结构,屋盖采用空间钢桁架结构。考虑混凝土和钢结构协同工作,对其进行整体分析。重点介绍了大跨楼盖结构的舒适度控制、超长混凝土结构设计、屋盖支撑柱的计算长度系数取值、复杂节点的有限元分析及足尺试验验证。分析结果表明,人员密集步行通过和多人跑步穿行两种激励工况下楼盖舒适度能满足规范要求;通过在楼板中配置预应力钢筋可抵消温度作用的影响;支撑屋盖的圆钢管混凝土柱的计算长度系数在1.3~1.6之间;节点有限元分析和足尺试验对关键节点设计非常重要。本工程在确保结构安全、可靠、经济的前提下,最大程度地实现了结构成就建筑之美。
The major structure of Chenzhou International Conference and Exhibition Center adopts mixed frame-concentrically braced structure and the roof adopts spatial steel truss structure. With consideration of the synergism of concrete and steel structure, the overall structure analysis was carried out. Comfort control of long-span floor structure,the design of super-long concrete structure,the value of the effective length factor of the roof support column, the finite element analysis of the complex node and the full-scale test verification were introduced. Results show that the human comfort of the floor vibration can meet requirements of the specifications under the two excitation conditions of intensive walking and multi-person running. The influence of temperature can be offset by the configuration of prestressed steel bars in the floor. The effective length factor of concrete filled circular steel tubular column supporting the roof is between 1.3 and 1.6. The finite element analysis of nodes and full-scale test are very important for the design of key nodes. The beauty of architecture is accomplished by structure under the premise of ensuring structural safety, reliability, economy.
