摘要
岩溶强发育场地超深大直径桩基础施工受地下水、特殊岩土、岩溶洞隙等各种因素的影响,其施工难度极大。结合实际工程,在综合分析场地地质条件和现有桩基施工设备、工艺、方法的基础上,对超前钻探、预注浆处理、成孔质量控制技术进行了集成性和系统性研究,提出了岩溶强发育场地采用预注浆来解决超深大直径桩基础成孔难题的施工技术,该技术成功应用于实际工程,对类似工程施工具有指导意义。
The construction of super deep and large diameter pile foundation in well-developed karst terrain is affected by various factors such as groundwater, special rock and soil, karst cavity and so on, the construction of the pile foundation is extremely difficult. Combined with practical project, based on the comprehensive analysis of the geological conditions of the site and the existing pile foundation construction equipment, technology and method, the integrated and systematic research was carried out on the advanced drilling, pre-grouting treatment and hole forming quality control technology. The construction technology of pre-grouting treatment was put forward to solve the hole forming problem of super deep and large diameter pile foundation in well-developed karst terrain site. The technology has been successfully applied to practical engineering, which has guiding significance for similar engineering construction.
